Moreover in many cases in the last minute they throw a sentence that starts with “actually sir…” and you end up as you started but with less time.

When the Animation studio I work for shifted its 300+ staff from Bangalore to Pune, I had several concerns. Being an Expat with a family that has moved several times while working in India, I was well aware of the difficulties that could be encountered. Fortunately for us, Rani and the team at Prime Pune were there to help us through the rough spots.
When I flew in with my son for a 'look-see', Rani met us at the airport and, in short order, showed us the most promising homes available as per a set of requirements we had emailed to her a week before. She gave us the overview of Pune from the perspective of someone who understands the needs of working professionals operating in a foreign country, and we were able to assess our choices very effectively from her inputs.
My wife and daughter came a few days later, and Rani showed then the 'short-listed' properties. We were thus able to finalize quickly, and during the ensuing negotiation with the owner and subsequent refurbishment of the rental, she was there every step of the way. Any and all potential stumbling points were immediately smoothed over, and the whole process was overseen by Rani and her team so well that we never had to worry.
I would recommend Prime Pune without hesitation to any company or individual that would like to relocate Expats to Pune painlessly and efficiently!

When we wanted to rent a flat for my mother, we looked at many places and were getting frustrated. Eventually we landed up at Prime Real Estate and all are worries disappeared. Not only did they understand our requirement immediately but also helped us in getting a clarity on what we should be looking for. One of the best things that we liked was that they never showed us premises for the sake of showing them to us. All the places that we saw were very near to our expectations. This definitely saved us a lot of time and hassle.
To our surprise, once we had decided on the place, Prime Real Estate did not disappear. They organized our meeting with the Leasor, bargained the right lease amount and ensured that all the papers were in order. They actually provided us with 'end to end service' in a very realistic way. And then they added value to this. Eventually when my mother shifted, they helped her set up things by providing her with information on various other service providers (like plumbers etc).
I believe that Prime Real Estate are providing true customer satisfaction. We started as their clients but I think that we were treated more like friends. I wish them the best in all their future endeavors.

I have leased out my flat in “Ganga Orchard” through Prime Real Estate. (Ms. Rani Wilfred & Mr. Iqbal Shaikh) in October 2006. Since then I have had no issues with regards to my flat. There has been a regular deposit of rent and so far we haven't received any concerns from our neighbours regarding the tenant. I think both Ms Wilfred / Mr. Shaikh spent a considerable time in hunting a suitable tenant for us and also ensured that we get a good deal.
In fact, going beyond the normal service agreement Ms. Wilfred also helped us to get our Lease agreement getting signed. This is in spite of delays from my end. At every step they have been very patient and courteous. I think the least I can say is that if I need another property I will buy, as well as lease it, through Prime Real Estate as my property managers.
